K-12 STUDENTS

Untitled-design-16.jpg

The GenCyber program works to increase interest in cybersecurity careers and diversity in the cybersecurity workforce, help all students understand correct and safe online behavior, and improve teaching methods for delivery of cybersecurity content to K-12 students. This program provides cybersecurity summer camp experiences for students and teachers at no charge.

Instructors looking to mentor students in cybersecurity can request to teach RING (Regions Investing in the Next Generation), an online high school cybersecurity course for students and schools without existing programs. RING goes beyond traditional coursework, offering networking opportunities and the chance to earn high school credit in select states.
